All tours must be fully paid in advance in order to book a guide at least 7 days prior to the tour or earlier.

Volume orders of 3 or more guides must be booked and paid for 20 days in advance, less 30% cancellation fee.

Most inquiries and orders should be done by fax, so that we can review the request and hours, and exact services desired.

Sometimes we can provide a guide on a last minute basis but cannot guarantee one. Call for availability.

Cancellations or changes must be done 72 hours prior to tour in writing, by Fax or E-mail.

Make sure you put suite number 400 on all mail.
- PAYMENT: checks, company checks,
wire transfer of funds or electronic transfer of funds.
- CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE 72 HOURS
IN ADVANCE.
NO CANCELLATIONS FOR WEATHER REASONS, OR FLIGHT DELAYS, - GUIDES WILL WAIT UP TO ONE HOUR FROM WHAT WAS AGREED AS A STARTING TIME.
