Year 2011 Rates

Tour Guides: 4 Hour Minimum

English: 2 hours guide is $220, 3 hours guide is $240 and 4 hours guide is $250
Polish, German, Spanish: $100 per hour
Russian, French, Swedish, Finnish, Chinese: $100 per hour
OBAMA TOURS: $90 per hour

. Other languages: call for rates.

• Above rates are quoted in U.S.A. dollars.

• Above is for general sight-seeing tours, if an architectural tour or gangster tour is requested, please add an additional $10.00 per hour.

• All tours must be fully paid in advance in order to book a guide at least 7 days prior to the tour or earlier.

• Volume orders of 3 or more guides must be booked and paid for 20 days in advance, less 30% cancellation fee.

• Most inquiries and orders should be done by fax or E-mail, so that we can review the request and hours and exact services required.

• Sometimes we can provide a guide on a last minute basis but cannot guarantee one. Call for availability.

• Cancellations or changes must be done 72 hours prior to tour in writing, by Fax or E-mail.

• Make sure you put suite number 400 on all mail.

PAYMENT:  checks, company checks, wire transfer of funds or electronic transfer of funds.

Cancellation: 

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
NO CANCELLATIONS FOR WEATHER REASONS, OR FLIGHT DELAYS, 

GUIDES WILL WAIT UP TO ONE HOUR FROM WHAT WAS AGREED AS A STARTING TIME.
